Why should I pay more for yours?
In a nutshell, the cheapest is not always the least expensive! We know the quality of the cheaper, usually foreign–made flagpoles and flags that are available on the internet or at box stores. We’ve replaced many over the years! In contrast, our flagpoles are U. S. Made of aircraft-grade aluminum and come with a 10-year limited warranty. Being made in the U.S., our flags have embroidered – not stamped – stars and are quad-stitched on the end for added durability.
How are your flagpoles installed?
Our 16’, 20’ and 25’ telescoping flagpoles are simple to install. The tools needed are an “old-school” post hole digger or an auger; a wheel barrow and a shovel. Dig a hole 1’ in diameter by 28” deep. Put about 4” on gravel or rock at the bottom of the hole to facilitate drainage. Place the sleeve (provided) in the middle of the hole and pour 3 – 60 lb. bags of wet concrete around the sleeve. Place the non-extended flagpole in the sleeve and plumb to level. Continue to check the pole for plumb. By the time you wash off your tools, the cement will be solid enough that the pole will stand on its own in the hole and not more.
Our taller, commercial poles are generally installed by professional installers. We can help you identify those in your area.
Do you provide installation?
In select areas, such as Georgia, Houston Metro area, and South Louisiana, professional installation by our in-house installers is available. For our taller, commercial flagpoles, we have a network of commercial installers across the country.
If I don’t like the flagpole once I receive it, may I return it?
Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you have a problem with your flagpole, we will work with you to resolve it. If we can’t resolve it, you may return the pole for a refund, less a 10% restocking charge.
